July 14th

A popular festivity with a grand bonfire. At Burriana Beach, a bonfire is lit to cook sardine skewers, which are then shared with everyone.

July 15th

Devotees, visitors, and brethren perform floral offerings at the Parish Church of El Salvador, located at the beginning of the Balcón de Europa.

July 16th

The most important day, the procession of the Virgin of Carmen. At 7:00 PM, the procession begins through the streets of Nerja. Then, the Virgin of Carmen is taken to Torrecilla Beach and embarked on a boat for the maritime procession, which concludes at Calahonda Beach. Afterwards, the fishermen continue the procession to the Balcón de Europa, in front of the Church of El Salvador. In the evening, enjoy a fireworks show at Calahonda Beach, best viewed from the Balcón de Europa. There are also beverage stands, with proceeds going to the fishermen's brotherhood. A friendly and memorable experience awaits at this festival.
