The festival of San Fermin is a celebration of great tourist interest that mobilizes all of Spain and takes place every year in Pamplona, Navarra and where the traditional celebration begins with the launch of the so-called 'Chupinazo' from the balcony of the town hall.

Return of San Fermín after Covid-19

It was on 4 April 2022 when the Mayor of Pamplona announced the long-awaited news that San Fermín would finally return in 2022, after two years of forced absence due to Covid-19.

The poster for the festa is decided after a competition with popular voting. This year the winning poster is by Olaia Merino Erviti, from Pamplona, with the support of 1,603 votes. 20% of the votes were cast by 8,191 people.
