Los Negritos de San Blas is an event that takes place on February 2 and 3 in the Montehermoso region, in Cáceres, Spain, to pay a special tribute to San Blas and which is considered an event of Regional Tourist Interest.

Week of 30 January to 1 February 

  • Dress rehearsal of the Negritos de San Blas in the Residencia de Mayores.
  • Children's Tafferes at the Sebastián Martín School.

2nd February 

  • 19:30 h. Traditional "Velá" of San Blas.
  • Followed by a traditional parade with Los Velones.
  • 20.30 h. Coffee and migas tasting in the marquee in the park.

3rd February

  • 11:30 h. High Mass in the chapel of San Bartolomé. Stroll through the streets of the town to the Plaza de España.
  • 13:00 h. Exhibition of Popular Dances of the Negritos de San Blas in the Plaza de España.
  • At the end, parade through the town and sale of the traditional "cordones".
  • 15:00 h. Popular Paella. Park area (Municipal Marquee).
  • 17.30 h. Evanix Orchestra in the Municipal Marquee.

4th February

  • 22:30 h. Concert: Hijos de Leyante (Tribute to El Barrio).
