It celebrates: From 14th April to 16th April
Place: Palencia (Palencia)

Celebration with music, gastronomy, sports activities, and fireworks. As a climax, the procession of the Saint to the Cristo chapel, followed by the throwing of bread and cheese to the attendees. An opportunity to enjoy Palencia's culture, tradition, and cuisine.

Friday April 14

  • 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Award ceremony for the “Cristo del Otero with recycled material” contest at the Neighborhood Association.
  • 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Inflatables in the Plaza del Cristo del Otero.
  • 19:00 – Great torreznada in the Peña Santo Toribio.
  • 20:30 – 23:30 – Afternoon entertained by DJ De Diego at the Peña Santo Toribio.
  • 9:00 p.m. – DJ Sindy at Cervecería El Cristo.
  • 10:00 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. – Zumba for everyone in the Plaza del Cristo organized by Carolina.
  • 11:30 p.m. – Macro Discoshow Evolution in the Plaza del Cristo until the body lasts.
  • Awards ceremony for board and popular games at halftime.
  • 00:00 – Great Galician burn with its respective conjuration in the Peña Santo Toribio.

Saturday April 15

  • 12:00 – Route “A hill of legends”. Itinerant theatrical walk through Cerro del Otero, starting in the picnic area, ending at the Victorio Macho Interpretation Center.
  • Reservations at the Tourist Office (Calle Mayor, 31).
  • 12:00 to 14:00 – Cucañas contest in the Plaza del Cristo organized by “Pandillas”.
  • 12:00 – Classic car exhibition on Calle Cristina Marugán. Later they will take a walk around the neighborhood.
  • 2:00 p.m. – Vermú/torreznada and Mortero concert at Cervecería el Cristo.
  • 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Bullfighting vermouth entertained by the group “Son de Lunares” at the Peña Santo Toribio.
  • 2:00 p.m. – Vermouth with DJ De Diego at the Bar Bombero.
  • 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. – Regional dance festival in the Plaza del Cristo.

  • 11:50 p.m. – Fireworks from Cerro del Otero.
  • 00:00 – DJ Santi Carrusso at the Baracoa Bar.
  • 00:00 – DJ Nico Gzlez at the Bar Bombero.
  • 00:30 – Verbena in the Plaza del Otero enlivened by the Radar Orchestra.
  • 04:30 – DJ Gonzalo Pedrosa on Santa Eufemia street (next to the park and nursery).

Sunday April 16

  • 11:00 – Reception of authorities and guests next to the church of San Ignacio and Santa Inés.
  • 11:30 – Procession. Ascent of the Saint to the hermitage of Santa María del Otero with the Santo Toribio rock.
  • 12:00 – Mass in honor of Santo Toribio.
  • 13:00 – Stone the bread and cheese. At the end of the stoning, there will be bullfighter vermouth in the Peña Santo Toribio.
  • 4:00 p.m. – Flamenco vermouth at Bar Baracoa organized by “Los Mismos”.
