Celebrate with us the festivities of the patron saint of the city. During these days, all kinds of participatory activities take place in which the people of Estepona show their joy to the world. To make sure you don't miss any of them, check the schedule of activities. Long live San Isidro!

May 10

Children's Day

  • 7:00 p.m.: Great Parade of Joy with Giants and Bigheads. The parade will leave from the Víctor de la Serna school and will go along Avenida San Lorenzo, Calle Real, Terraza, Granada, San Juan and return to the school. The Musical Group 'Marbella' will liven up the event.
  • 10:00 p.m.: Inauguration of the amusement park in the Fairgrounds. There will be a ribbon cutting, a parade for authorities, Queens and Bridesmaids, accompanied by the Estepona Municipal Music Band.
  • 10:01 p.m.: Beginning of the attractions at 50% discount, especially for children.
  • 11:30 p.m.: Animation music at the official booth of San Isidro Labrador.

May 11

  • 10:30 a.m.: Olive workshop in the official booth. The preparation of seasoned olives will be in charge of Pilar Laura Martínez de la Puerta.
  • 11:30 am: Activity "Isidro, El Arriero y su Burrita Molinera". Isidro García, a wandering teacher, will tell incredible stories to the children.
  • From 1:00 p.m.: Exhibition of Canaries in the official booth. The Pajarería Quirós de Estepona will exhibit the best canaries, with the Spanish breed group being world champions in 2021.
  • 5:30 p.m.: Children's party.
  • 10:30 p.m.: Musical entertainment with DJ.

May 12

  • 2:00 p.m.: Country soup in the official booth for one euro for the benefit of the Brotherhood.
  • 5:00 p.m.: Lawsuit workshop. If you have never seen esparto weaving, you cannot miss it.
  • 7:30 p.m.: Solidarity Cart. Non-perishable food will be collected for the Patron's offering. The route is as follows: Departure from the House of the Brotherhood, Monterroso, Juan Carlos I, National Police, Civil Guard, Pilar de Farinós, Casares, María Espinosa, Blas Ortega, Jesús y María, Calvario, Granada, El Cid, Valencia and Parish of San José.
  • 9:30 p.m.: Dance performance in the Official Booth by La Milana.
  • 10:45 p.m.: Dance with the musical group Latidos.

May 13th

  • 10:30 a.m.: Estepona and its region wine contest at the Official Booth. Prizes for the three categories: Dry, Semi-Dry and Sweet of €150, €120 and €90 to the first three classified in each one.
  • 1:30 p.m.: Skill contest with the axe. Prizes of €150, €120, €90 for the first three classified and second prize of €35.
  • 3:00 p.m.: Awards ceremony.
  • 4:30 p.m.: Performance by the Los Jubis Music Group in the Official Booth.
  • 10:30 p.m.: Dance with an orchestra, again with the musical group Latidos.

May 14

  • 10:00 am: Floral offering to the Patron Saint of Estepona in the Parish Hall of San José.
  • 12:00 pm: Horse Gymkhana Contest.
  • 1:00 p.m.: Horse Ribbon Race Contest.
  • 2:00 p.m.: Garrocha on Horseback Contest. Prizes of €150 + trophy, €120 + trophy and €90 + trophy to the first three classified.
  • 3:00 p.m.: Awards ceremony at the Official Booth.
  • 6:00 p.m.: Snack for the elderly offered by the Brotherhood to the peasants and peasants. It will be enlivened with the performance of the Estepona musical group Amores del Sur and with the dance of the Active Participation Day Center, directed by Mónica Peña.
  • 9:00 p.m.: Performances by the students of Lourdes Bazán and Lourdes Barrientos in the Official Booth.
  • 10:30 p.m.: Dance with "Latidos" orchestra.

May 15th

  • 00:00: Announcement of the Big Day in Estepona and closing of the Holy Jubilee Year of San Isidro Labrador. Up to 12 rockets will announce the name day of the Patron of Estepona.
  • 08:00 am: Institutional and popular offering to the Patron Saint of Estepona, on the esplanade of the San José parish.
  • 11.00 am: Concelebrated Eucharist at the Canonical Headquarters of the Brotherhood, Parish of San José.
  • 12:00 pm: Throughout the day you can visit the altar in the Plaza C/Casares in honor of San Isidro Labrador. In addition, a collection of bells and cowbells by Mr. Miguel López will be exhibited, provided by his widow, Mrs. Dorinda Fernández.
  • 12:30 pm: Official presentation of the Institutional Offering, on the esplanade of the San José parish. Later, the Dance Academy of the Peña Flamenca de Estepona will perform, directed by Antonio Trujillo.
  • 1:00 p.m.: Visit of the altars installed in the processional itinerary.
  • 6:00 p.m.: Jubilant departure from San Isidro Labrador (Perpetual Patron and Mayor of Estepona). Horsemen, malagueñas, peasant images, floats... to end with the Jubilant Procession-Pilgrimage of San Isidro Labrador with the following itinerary: Valencia, Zaragoza, Terraza, Papuecos, Montecillo, Casares, Pinar de Farinós, Extension of Avenida de San Lorenzo, new Estepona Town Hall, Avenida San Lorenzo, Real, Terraza, El Cid, Goya and return to his temple.
  • 22.00: DJ entertainment at the Official Booth of San Isidro Labrador.
