This is an event that aims to promote the value of traditional cuisine, becoming a true representation of Navarrese gastronomy, in a miniature version.

What does the Cazuelica and Navarra Wine Week consist of?

The traditional Cazuelica and Wine Week consists of a competition in which various establishments related to the hotel and catering trade offer a variety of cazuelicas at a low price, accompanied by a D.O. Navarra wine.

Each cazuelica will be prepared in a way that highlights traditional cuisine, but at the same time avant-garde, both in terms of the food used and the cooking technique, including some of the region's traditional dishes, such as lamb, suckling pig or ajoarriero. It is worth noting that they also offer dishes suitable for coeliacs.

Origin of Cazuelica Week in Navarre

The aim of this week is to recover the value of traditional Navarrese cuisine, with a few original touches, while at the same time trying to promote the region's economy.
